Ingredients
- 4 (1-inch thick) pork chops
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. white wine, apple cider or water
Method
- In a shallow casserole dish, place pork chops and top with onion slices.
- Sprinkle few drops of lemon juice over onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
