Ingredients

  • 2 heaped teaspoons Brown sugar (white sugar also OK)
  • 2 heaped teaspoons Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger (tubed ginger OK)
  • 150 ml Milk or soy milk (hot water also OK)
  • 1 Cinnamon

Method

  • Add all the ingredients to the mug, and add 50 ml of the milk (or soy milk).
  • Microwave for 30 seconds at 600 W, and mix well.
  • Add the remaining milk to the mug from Step 1 and microwave at 600 W for 1 minute 30 seconds (you can use the hot drink option).
  • Mix well and it's done!
  • Top with cinnamon if you like.
  • It's very delicious!
