Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. almonds, chopped
- 2 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 large chocolate Hershey bars
Method
- Cream butter, sugar and chopped almonds.
- Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly to 290° on candy thermometer.
- Pour in shallow pan to harden.
- Cut into squares with your pizza cutter before it hardens.
- Cover it with chocolate or dip and roll in chopped pecans.
