Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. picante sauce
- 2 green onions with tops, thinly sliced
- 3/4 tsp. ground cumin
Method
- Save liquid from jar of commercial dill pickles.
- Add fresh peas, snapped beans, carrot sticks, cauliflower flowerets, cucumber slices, etc.
- Chill and serve.
