Ingredients
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 c. Coca-Cola
- 2 eggs, beaten
Method
- Combine sugar and flour in a bowl.
- Heat margarine, Coca-Cola and cocoa to boiling.
- Melt marshmallows in hot mixture.
- Pour this over flour mixture.
- Add other ingredients and mix well by hand.
- Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured dish at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Ice while hot.
