Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough Recipe
  • 1/4 oz package dry yeast
  • 1/3 cup warm water (110-115 degrees)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Method

  • Measure warm water into a glass measuring cup. Sprinkle in yeast, mix and set aside
  • Place flour and slat in the bowl of food processor.
  • Add oil to the yeast and water mixture
  • Turn the processor on and slowly pour yeast, oil mixture, through the opening in the cover. Process just until dough ball forms.
  • Flour hands and counter lightly. Take dough from the processor and knead for 4 minutes.
  • Place dough in a greased bowl and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Punch down down and shape to fit a greased 10" pizza pan.
  • Top pizza with:
  • 1/2 can progresso pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons parmesean cheese
  • 1/4 pound shredded mozzorella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
