Ingredients
- 1 lb. Neese's sausage
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 c. milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- crescent rolls
Method
- Brown sausage.
- Drain well.
- Line a buttered casserole dish with crescent rolls.
- Firmly press perforations to seal.
- Cover with sausage.
- Add cheese to cover.
- Combine eggs, milk and salt. Pour over sausage and cheese mixture.
- Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Cut into squares.
