Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk (sweetened condensed)
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
Method
- Chill pie crust.
- In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then juice until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Pile into crust.
- Chill 2 hours or until set.
