Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- dash of salt
- 1 c. fresh blueberries
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Combine sugar and cornstarch.
- Add boiling water and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens (about 2 minutes).
- Add blueberries.
- Return to boiling.
- Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.
- Cool and refrigerate.
