- 3 Eggs
- 20 grams Salted butter
Method
- Break the eggs (the photo shows 2 servings' worth).
- Whisk for 30 minutes, or 10 minutes if you are using an electric hand mixer.
- It's ready to cook when it looks like this.
- Melt the butter in a heated frying pan.
- Pour in the egg mixture and cook over a low heat.
- Fold it in half on a plate, and it's done.
