Ingredients

  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 1 salt
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 salami
  • 1 bacon
  • 1 mushrooms
  • 1 grated cheese
  • 1 italian seasoning
  • 1 marinara sauce/ ketchup with grated garlic

Method

  • Sift flour sugar salt and Yeast into mixing bowl.
  • Add warm (lukewarm) water.
  • Add olive oil and mix generously until combined.
  • Leave in a floured bowl for 30 mins for dough to rise.
  • When the dough doubles in size, roll onto a floured surface and roll out flat to desired thickness.
  • Place in pizza tray or pan that has been greased and floured.
  • Brush the dough with marinara sauce and sprinkle Italian seasoning and a light coating of cheese.
  • Prebake for 20 mins.
  • When the dough is finished, chop the toppings and arrange on pizza along with more cheese and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
