- 2 cup flour
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 1 salt
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 salami
- 1 bacon
- 1 mushrooms
- 1 grated cheese
- 1 italian seasoning
- 1 marinara sauce/ ketchup with grated garlic
Method
- Sift flour sugar salt and Yeast into mixing bowl.
- Add warm (lukewarm) water.
- Add olive oil and mix generously until combined.
- Leave in a floured bowl for 30 mins for dough to rise.
- When the dough doubles in size, roll onto a floured surface and roll out flat to desired thickness.
- Place in pizza tray or pan that has been greased and floured.
- Brush the dough with marinara sauce and sprinkle Italian seasoning and a light coating of cheese.
- Prebake for 20 mins.
- When the dough is finished, chop the toppings and arrange on pizza along with more cheese and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
