Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
Method
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set aside. In a saucepan, combine gelatin, water and reserved juice. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Refrigerate until syrupy, about 30 minutes.
