Ingredients
- 5 slices ginger peeled
- 1/2 cucumber small, washed, cut into thin slices
- 1/2 lemon organic, sliced
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 lime organic, sliced
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 nectarine or peach, cut into small pieces
- 15 leaves fresh melissa
- 8 7/16 cups water
- 2 drops liquid stevia optional
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a larger water pitcher and gently mush with the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Fill the pitcher with tap water, stir together and refrigerate a few hours to let flavours meld before drinking.
- Serve, strained (without any chunks) and well chilled, with the addition of ice.
- Add more water to the pitcher one or two more times before it loses flavour. Keeps for up to 3 days.
