Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1 small banana
- 1 medium carrot
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal
