- 1 whole fish cleaned.
- fresh rosemary
- sliced lemons
- bunch dill
- salt and pepper
Method
- wash fish inside and out and dry thoroughly with paper towel
- salt and pepper inside of fish
- stuff fish cavity with half of the dill, rosemary, sliced lemons. tie fish closed with twine. salt and pepper outside of fish anbddrizzle with olive oil
- put the rest of the dill on the bottom of a roasting tray / baking pan and some lemon slices on top and put the whole fish on top.
- cook at 400 for 30 min, flipping the fish halfway through. adjust time depending on the size of the fish
