Ingredients
- 1 peck tomatoes
- 1 c. green pepper
- 3 hot peppers
- 3 c. onions
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Chop peppers and onions in food chopper or food processor. Mix remaining ingredients and add chopped vegetables in a large kettle.
- Cook until thickened, 5 to 6 hours.
- Pour into canning jars (7 to 9 pints).
