Ingredients
- 2 c. flaked fish
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle, chopped
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. peas
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- lettuce
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except the lettuce, being careful not to break the fish into too small pieces.
- Serve on lettuce cups and garnish with sliced eggs.
- Serves 6.
