Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. sole
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 tsp. freshly grated orange rind
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. curry powder
Method
- Broil fish with salt, pepper and paprika until it flakes with a fork.
- Combine rest of ingredients to make Orange Sauce.
- Serve over fish.
- Add orange slices and parsley for garnish.
