Ingredients

  • 6 fish filets
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 2 peeled, seeded tomatoes, chopped
  • white pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • fresh parsley

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Place fish filets in non-stick baking pan. Sprinkle with white pepper. Mix green onions and tomatoes; spoon over filets, taking care to cover to edges of filets. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise; spoon over bake filets. Turn oven to broil; place fish 6 to 8 inches under broiler until topping forms bubbles and starts to turn brown. Leave door open and observe closely to prevent scorching (takes about 5 to 8 minutes). Garnish with parsley. Serve with rice.
