Ingredients
- 1/2 c. salted peanuts, chopped
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- won ton wrappers
- cooking oil
- powdered sugar
Method
- Mix together nuts, coconut and brown sugar.
- Fold won ton squares into triangles and round off corners with scissors.
- Unfold and place 2 teaspoons of the filling in center.
- Moisten edges with water and refold.
- Cook in hot oil until golden, turning once. Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
