- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. German sweet chocolate, grated
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. shredded coconut
Method
- In a mixer bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil and water. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
- Stir in sour cream, grated chocolate, chocolate chips, pecans and coconut. Turn batter into a well-greased tube pan.
- Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
- Serves 12 to 16. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top or frost, if desired.
- Really rich!
