Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
  • 1 jar (8 oz.) TACO BELL Taco Sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed, drained
  • 3/4 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1-1/2 cups water

Method

  • Cook meat and garlic in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until meat is evenly browned; drain.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low.
  • Cover; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
