Ingredients

  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) container bean dip
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 (2 tablespoon) package taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon salsa
  • 10 -20 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 12 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup grated monterey jack cheese

Method

  • Mix the bean dip, sour cream, taco seasoning, salsa, and tabasco.
  • Cube the cream cheese and blend into the bean dip mixture.
  • Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes.
  • Top with grated cheeses.
  • Cover dish with a lid and microwave once more until most of the cheese melts on top of the bean dip.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
