Ingredients
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) container bean dip
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 (2 tablespoon) package taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon salsa
- 10 -20 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 12 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 12 cup grated monterey jack cheese
Method
- Mix the bean dip, sour cream, taco seasoning, salsa, and tabasco.
- Cube the cream cheese and blend into the bean dip mixture.
- Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes.
- Top with grated cheeses.
- Cover dish with a lid and microwave once more until most of the cheese melts on top of the bean dip.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
