Ingredients
- 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. hot sauce
- 4 chicken drumsticks, skinned
- 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- vegetable cooking spray
Method
- Combine yogurt and hot sauce in a shallow dish.
- Add chicken, turning to coat.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Drain chicken; discard marinade.
- Dredge chicken in bread crumbs. Arrange in 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Makes 2 servings.
