Ingredients
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1/3 onion, chopped
- 1/3 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. cubed steak
- 2 c. water
- salt and garlic for flavor
Method
- Heat oil in low heat.
- Add uncooked vermicelli over low heat; stir until golden brown.
- Add cubed steak.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, simmering for 30 to 40 minutes.
