Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans chopped clams, drained
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettucini
Method
- Saute garlic in margarine until brown and remove.
- Add soup, milk, cheese and parsley.
- Heat through.
- Add drained clams and heat.
- Do not boil.
- Serve over hot, cooked fettucini.
