Ingredients
- 16 oz. box fettuccini noodles
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook fettuccini to package directions. Drain in saucepan. Melt butter.
- Add flour. Stir until thick.
- Add milk.
- Stir until thick.
- Add cheese and bring mixture to boil, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper. Stir. Take off heat and let stand 5 minutes. Pour over noodles and serve.
