Ingredients

  • 375 g fettuccine pasta
  • 125 ml light sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 418 g can red salmon, drained, flaked
  • 1 None small red onion (100g), thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 1 tbsp grated lemon zest

Method

  • Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender, drain.
  • Meanwhile, combine sour cream and lemon juice in small bowl. Toss hot pasta with sour cream mixture, salmon, onion, dill and capers until combined. Serve topped with lemon zest.
