Ingredients
- 375 g fettuccine pasta
- 125 ml light sour cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 418 g can red salmon, drained, flaked
- 1 None small red onion (100g), thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
Method
- Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender, drain.
- Meanwhile, combine sour cream and lemon juice in small bowl. Toss hot pasta with sour cream mixture, salmon, onion, dill and capers until combined. Serve topped with lemon zest.
