Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Prince fettucine
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. cream (heavy or light) or substitute sour cream or fat free sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. (5 oz.) fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash white pepper

Method

  • Cook fettucine according to package directions.
  • While fettucine cooks, heat butter and cream in small saucepan until butter melts.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Keep warm over low heat.
  • Drain fettucine, return to pan and pour sauce over noodles.
  • Toss gently until noodles are well coated.
  • Serve.
  • Makes 4 to 6 servings.
