Ingredients
- 8 oz. uncooked fettuccine
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. whipping cream (half and half may be substituted)
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
Method
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, omitting salt.
- Drain well; place in a large bowl.
