Ingredients

  • 2 butternut pumpkin
  • 1 cup dried apricot, sliced
  • 12 cup dried cranberries
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 12 teaspoons brown sugar, packed
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest, minced
  • 12 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon allspice

Method

  • Cut butternut into large chunks, leaving skin on.
  • Combine in a saucepan dried apricot, sliced, dried cranberries, orange juice, unsalted butter, brown sugar, packed, 1/2 teaspoon salt, orange zest, minced, ground ginger.
  • Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes,,.
  • Add baked pumpkin and glaze, and serve!
