Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 to 2 c. flour
Method
- Boil chicken.
- Cool and remove from bone.
- Combine broth from chicken and can of chicken broth with cooked chicken.
- Beat egg. Add milk, baking powder and flour.
- Roll out thin on floured board.
- Cut into strips and drop into boiling broth.
- Reduce heat and simmer about 12 to 15 minutes.
