Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli or spinach, thaw and drain
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 slices crispy bacon
  • 2 (8 oz.) containers crescent dinner rolls

Method

  • Combine spinach (cubed), cheese, bread crumbs and bacon (crumbled) in medium saucepan.
  • Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
  • Unroll crescent rolls.
  • Separate triangles (16 each). Cut lengthwise to form 32 triangles.
  • Spoon mixture into rolls. Grease cookie sheet.
  • Bake in oven at 375° for 11 to 13 minutes or until light brown.
