Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli or spinach, thaw and drain
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 3 slices crispy bacon
- 2 (8 oz.) containers crescent dinner rolls
Method
- Combine spinach (cubed), cheese, bread crumbs and bacon (crumbled) in medium saucepan.
- Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
- Unroll crescent rolls.
- Separate triangles (16 each). Cut lengthwise to form 32 triangles.
- Spoon mixture into rolls. Grease cookie sheet.
- Bake in oven at 375° for 11 to 13 minutes or until light brown.
