- 1 boiled chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- dash of salt
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- flour tortillas
- grated Cheddar cheese
- chopped onion
Method
- Mix soups, onion, green chilies and dash of salt.
- Line 13 x 9-inch pan with tortillas dipped in oil.
- Layer with chicken pieces, soup and cheese.
- Repeat layers, beginning with tortillas. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
