Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 pouch Campbell's onion soup
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish, drained
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Method
- In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook bacon on both sides until crisp.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Save half of 1 slice for garnish.
- Crumble remaining bacon.
- In medium bowl, blend soup mix, bacon, sour cream, horseradish and mustard.
- Cover and chill 2 hours.
- Serve with chips or cut up raw vegetables.
- Garnish top with bacon.
