Ingredients
- 4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces (I cut them finer)
- 1 regular size (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello (dry)
- 1 c. sugar (may use a little less)
- 2 c. yellow or white cake mix (dry)
- 1 c. cold water
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
Method
- Grease a 9 x 9-inch pan.
- Place ingredients in pan in layers as listed.
- Pour cold water slowly.
- Melt the margarine and dribble over all.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
- Cake is good warm or cold.
- May serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
