Ingredients

  • 10 lb. ice
  • 1 pt. light rum (100 proof)
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 2 c. club soda
  • 1/2 c. grenadine
  • 1 lemon, lime and orange
  • cinnamon sticks
  • 1 pt. apricot brandy
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 qt. 7-Up
  • 1/2 c. Roses' lime juice, sweetened
  • 4 bottles champagne

Method

  • Put ice in punch bowl.
  • Pour apricot brandy and rum over it. Boil orange juice, lemon juice and sugar together; mix well.
  • Pour over ice. Add the soda, 7-Up, grenadine and lime juice.
  • Slice the lemon, lime and orange very thin and add to punch.
  • Let sit several hours to ripen.
  • Just before serving, pour in champagne. Makes about 2 gallons.
