- 10 lb. ice
- 1 pt. light rum (100 proof)
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 2 c. club soda
- 1/2 c. grenadine
- 1 lemon, lime and orange
- cinnamon sticks
- 1 pt. apricot brandy
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 qt. 7-Up
- 1/2 c. Roses' lime juice, sweetened
- 4 bottles champagne
Method
- Put ice in punch bowl.
- Pour apricot brandy and rum over it. Boil orange juice, lemon juice and sugar together; mix well.
- Pour over ice. Add the soda, 7-Up, grenadine and lime juice.
- Slice the lemon, lime and orange very thin and add to punch.
- Let sit several hours to ripen.
- Just before serving, pour in champagne. Makes about 2 gallons.
