Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cup Flour
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Or Canola Oil
- 1 whole Egg
Method
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
- Add the dry to the wet, mix well.
- If you like your pancakes thinner, add more milk until the batter is as thin as you like it.
- Cook on hot griddle until brown, adding chocolate chips or whatever desired. Enjoy!
