Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix (mix as directed)
  • 3 Tbsp. creme de menthe
  • 1 can Hershey's chocolate fudge topping
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Method

  • Mix cake mix as directed.
  • Add creme de menthe and mix.
  • Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
  • Cool.
  • Cover with entire can of Hershey's chocolate fudge topping. Cover with Cool Whip to which 3 tablespoons creme de menthe has been added.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Great for holidays.
