Ingredients
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. scalded milk (lukewarm)
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine (soft)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 pkg. yeast
- 3 eggs
Method
- Put yeast in bowl.
- Add milk and stir until yeast is dissolved. Add sugar, eggs, salt and butter and mix well.
- Then add flour; mix well.
- Turn out into a greased bowl and cover.
- Let stand until double in bulk.
- Knead down again and allow it to rise about 45 minutes.
- Then you make your rolls.
