Ingredients
- 2 sticks celery, chopped lengthwise
- 3 bell peppers, chopped lengthwise
- 2 onions, chopped lengthwise
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 lb. round steak, cut into strips
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 c. cooked rice
Method
- Saute all vegetables in 2 tablespoons butter until soft.
- Cook steak in 2 tablespoons oil; drain and cut into bite-size chunks. Mix meat and vegetables; add broth and tomatoes.
- Cook to desired thickness; serve over rice.
