Ingredients
- 4 c. celery, in 1-inch pieces
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 c. slivered almonds
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion (less if desired)
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
Method
- Cook celery 8 minutes and drain.
- Put in a casserole, in order given, and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
- Top with crackers or any kind of crumbs.
- Serves 12.
