Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Italian dressing mix
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 small jar artichoke hearts
Method
- Drain artichoke hearts and mash.
- Mix with dry Italian dressing mix and sour cream.
- Chill.
- Serve with chips or crackers.
