Ingredients
- 4 large oblong potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- grated sharp cheese
- paprika
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Bake 4 large oblong potatoes until done (do not grease skins).
- Cut in halves lengthwise and scoop out baked potato, reserving shell.
- Add salt, butter, milk, pepper and grated onion.
- Mash thoroughly.
- Spoon into shells, sprinkle with grated sharp cheese and paprika.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 375°. Serve hot.
