Ingredients

  • 4 large oblong potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • grated sharp cheese
  • paprika

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • Bake 4 large oblong potatoes until done (do not grease skins).
  • Cut in halves lengthwise and scoop out baked potato, reserving shell.
  • Add salt, butter, milk, pepper and grated onion.
  • Mash thoroughly.
  • Spoon into shells, sprinkle with grated sharp cheese and paprika.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 375°. Serve hot.
