Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 green peppers
- 2 onions
- fresh cloves garlic
- ginger root
- soy sauce
- steak or beef
- Velveeta cheese (optional)
Method
- All ingredients must be cut.
- Heat wok with oil.
- Add 2 or 3 tablespoons ginger root and garlic cloves.
- Brown.
- Add cut-up meat; broil real good.
- Add vegetables and 2 or 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
- Stir constantly.
- Vegetables should be crisp (not overcooked).
- Add cheese (if using it) after veggies have cooked 2 or 3 minutes.
- Serve over rice or just plain.
