Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- medium sized onion, sliced thin
- green pepper, sliced thin
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
Method
- Boil carrots in salted water a few minutes.
- Combine onion, pepper and carrots.
- Combine everything else and boil until sugar dissolves.
- Pour over carrots and refrigerate.
- Better if made 3 or 4 days in advance.
