Ingredients

  • 1 lb fusilli pasta
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • tsp garlic powder
  • pinch cayene pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper,chopped fine
  • 2 ribs celery,chopped fine
  • 2 whole scallions sliced thin
  • 8 oz pulled pork

Method

  • cook pasta to directions until tender, about 10 minutes,drain and cool,
  • in another large bowl,mix vinegar,hot sauce,chili powder,cayenne pepper,mayonnaise,and bbg sauce,add chopped vegies
  • toss to coat
  • pour over pasta and mix
  • place pork on top, cover and refrigerate until ready ti serve.
