- 1 lb fusilli pasta
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- tsp garlic powder
- pinch cayene pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1 red bell pepper,chopped fine
- 2 ribs celery,chopped fine
- 2 whole scallions sliced thin
- 8 oz pulled pork
Method
- cook pasta to directions until tender, about 10 minutes,drain and cool,
- in another large bowl,mix vinegar,hot sauce,chili powder,cayenne pepper,mayonnaise,and bbg sauce,add chopped vegies
- toss to coat
- pour over pasta and mix
- place pork on top, cover and refrigerate until ready ti serve.
