Ingredients
- 1 cake yeast
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk Warm
- yogurt cup Unflavored
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons margarine melted
Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk and sugar Add melted margarine.
- Stir together egg and yogurt and stir into yeast mixture.
- Transfer to food processor and add flour and salt.
- Process with plastic blade very well.
- Transfer to an oiled bowl coat dough with oil and let rise 1 hour in a warm place
