Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix oleo and eggs together.
- Mix sugar, salt, pepper and both cans of corn with oleo and egg mixture.
- Add corn muffin mix. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
