Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas, quartered
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- refried beans and jalapeno peppers (optional)
Method
- Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
- Combine soup and enchilada sauce.
- Grease a large casserole and layer tortillas and meat mixture.
- Top with cheese.
- Repeat layers until all mixture is used.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
